
Lemon Butter baked Cod, served with Capers – 4p
Ingredients
1000 gr Atlantic Cod – 250 gr/p servings
Olive Oil
Juice of 2 Lemons
Salt – Pepper

2 tbs drained Capers
2 tbs fresh Thyme Sprigs
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Fresh chopped Parsley

Arrange the Cod Fillets in a baking tray and drizzle with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper and Lemon Juice.

Top with the Thyme, Capers and Garlic Mince. Bake in a 160 C preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with the fresh parsley!
